Privacy & cookies

The short version
Delayly is a static site that shows public flight-delay data. We don't ask you to sign in, we don't run ads, and we don't sell your data. We don't collect names, emails or payment details — the compensation checker runs entirely in your browser and your answers never leave your device.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies or build a profile of you.
Cookies we use
dly-region— a functional cookie that records only whether you're in a region whose rules require us to ask for consent before the affiliate cookie below. It stores no personal data and is not used for tracking. Expires after 1 day.
Affiliate attribution (AirHelp via Travelpayouts) — only if you click “Start my claim”, our partner sets a cookie so that, if you go on to claim through them, we're credited. It costs you nothing. In the EU, UK, EEA and Switzerland we ask for your consent before this happens; elsewhere the link goes straight through. You can decline and still claim — either directly with the airline (we show you how, for free) or with the partner without us being credited.
Affiliate disclosure
The “With a partner” option is an affiliate link. If you claim through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. The partner keeps a percentage of any compensation they win — we always show that fee, and we always show the free do-it-yourself route alongside it. Nothing here is legal advice; we're not lawyers.
Your choices & contact
You can clear these cookies any time in your browser, and the consent prompt will appear again on your next claim. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@delayly.com.
